Chalet Jacque Booking Conditions

For your comfort and safety, smoking is not permitted in Chalet Jacque or on the balconies surrounding the property.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any bookings which include pets of any description.
Please do not wear outdoor shoes in any part of the chalet other than the entrance hall as they will damage the floors.
 
We will hold your provisional booking for three working days, when received by telephone, email or fax. Your booking will be confirmed on receipt of your deposit of £750 and completed booking form.
Cheques should be made payable to  M. A. Holland
and sent to  Oakwood House, Bakers Lane, Ashton-under-Hill, Evesham WR11 7ZS
Payment can also be made by bank transfer. Details available on request.
You will receive confirmation of your booking from us by email on receipt of the completed booking form and deposit. 
The balance of your booking cost must be received by us 12 weeks prior to your departure date.

Should you need to cancel your holiday your party leader should notify us immediately. Your deposit will be forfeit and the following scale of charges will apply where the holiday is cancelled within 12 weeks from your departure date;

8 weeks - 4 weeks 70%
3 weeks - 0 weeks 100%
A security deposit of £750 is required for all bookings. The deposit or part of it will be retained to cover the cost of repair or replacement if the chalet or its contents are lost or damaged during your stay. The chalet is professionally cleaned before your arrival and on your departure. The cost of this cleaning is included in your rental charge. However, we reserve the right to retain some or all of your deposit if the chalet is left exceptionally dirty.
Force majeure. We cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance of our contractual obligations is prevented as a result of force majeure, which means any event which we could not foresee or avoid. Such events include war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all such similar events outside of our control.
